TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Director, Troy specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties and development sites throughout the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for both private and institutional clients. As a trusted advisor, Troy has negotiated dispositions, 1031 exchange transactions and development site sales on behalf of clients throughout Los Angeles and nationwide.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Troy joined Transwestern in 2016, where he has been a key leader of the Los Angeles Multifamily Investment Services group that has closed sales in excess of 1,200 multifamily units, 87,000 square feet of land for development and $293,000,000 of sale value for its clients since its inception in 2014. Troy began his real estate career with Informa Research Services, a market intelligence company located in Los Angeles, California. Troy specialized in and provided in-depth financial analysis for multifamily, industrial and commercial real estate to banking institutions.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Troy is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles. Within Transwestern, Troy is part of the Transwestern Young Professionals group, a leadership program designed to advance skills, careers and networking capabilities for team members under 40. As part of the Multifamily Investment Services team, he has been recognized with the following at the annual Transwestern West Region Awards:

EDUCATION

Troy received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the California State University, Northridge. He is licensed as a real estate salesperson in California.
