Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Tim serves as Director of Construction Management where he is responsible for the oversight of construction activity in the Midwest. He provides construction input during due diligence and manages design, budgeting, contractor selection, construction and closeout.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tim has overseen the construction of over 7 million sf of industrial development, including build-to-suit, speculative, and redevelopment projects.  He has been involved with RidgePort Logistics Center since 2013, a master planned industrial park that includes construction of roads, public utilities, stormwater detention facilities, pad development, private rail, and construction of over 6 million sf of distribution and freezer facilities.  RidgePort is approximately 30% built out and can accommodate another 10 million sf of industrial and commercial buildings.
 
Prior to joining the Company, Tim worked for Ledcor Construction where he acted as Project Manager for various projects throughout the Midwest, including office, retail, tenant improvement, medical, institutional, civil and industrial projects.
