Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Susan serves as Assistant Controller and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Ridge Development Company. Susan also serves a managerial roll in the daily operations of the company’s real estate investments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Recent responsibilities include overseeing and managing monthly/quarterly close process, reporting requirements, external audit and tax work planning, and getting new accounting and administrative software operational for Ridge Development Company. 
 
Prior to Ridge Susan set up policies and procedures for accounting and reporting operations, and she has successfully trained and developed staff members to comply with GAAP reporting.
 
Before joining Ridge Development, Susan served as Manager for CA Ventures in Chicago, managing the company’s real estate investment.  In addition, Susan was a Sr. Accountant at GGP, RREEF, a division of Deutsche Bank, Vornado, and CB Richard Ellis.  

EDUCATION

Susan holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Management from Judson University.
