Steve Lawson

Steve specializes in providing full-service real estate solutions to institutional owners throughout Los Angeles County, and currently oversees leasing and management services for a 2,900,000-square-foot portfolio comprised of office, R&D, and industrial properties.

With over 25 years of experience in office and industrial properties, Steve possesses extensive knowledge in leasing, asset management, and operations.  He has brokered more than 1,000 leases over the course of his career. 

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Steve was a Senior Leasing manager for RREEF/DB Real Estate. In this role, he was responsible for the asset management, negotiation/execution of all leases, property inspections, and tenant improvements.  Before then, Steve was a Senior Leasing agent at Colliers International where he was a broker and represented both Landlords and Tenants in their real estate needs. 

Steve is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  In 2011, Steve received the Property Manager of the Year Award for the West Region at Transwestern.

Steve received a bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University. 

He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California (Lic. #00965763).
