TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Stacey is an executive vice president with Transwestern’s tenant advisory group in Chicago and specializes in office tenant representation. Stacey is recognized for her tenant rep track record with headquarters, non-profits and law firms.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Stacey spent eight years as executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, winning its Top Producer Award in 2001. During her career, she has twice been a Chicago Commercial Real Estate Award finalist for office broker of the Year. In 2010, Stacey won the Women in Real Estate Crystal Apple Award for mentorship and Transwestern’s Midwest award for Legendary Service. She also won Transwestern’s 2012 “Stir It Up” award for resourceful and creative business generation and servicing. A hallmark of Stacey’s style is “beyond the finish line” client service.
 
Stacey’s long-term and multi-city representation has been accomplished for the law firm of Litchfield Cavo LLP, the executive search firm Spencer Stuart, the engineering firm of Sargent & Lundy LLC, and the non-profit City Year, Inc. In addition, she has negotiated on behalf of H&R Block, Inc., Publicis, DDB Needham, Arthur Andersen & Co., the American Red Cross, Tribune Properties, the Leo Burnett Co., Aurora Investment Management LLC, and Classified Ventures in all facets of commercial real estate. These include the purchase and sale of land and buildings as well as relocations, consolidations, and renegotiations of existing lease terms.

EDUCATION

Stacey earned her MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA with a BA in English, summa cum laude. Stacey is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
