Shari Jackson

Shari is responsible for managing and operating a three-building portfolio totaling 285,000 square feet of office space and an adjacent five-story parking garage. Located in the Madison Square development in Downtown Phoenix, the buildings are owned by Pacific Oak Capital Advisors and Verus Capital Management and have tenants in a wide range of industries, including several GSA and other government sector agencies. She is a member of the Phoenix Transwestern team, which provides innovative asset services for approximately 9.4 million square feet of commercial real estate space across Greater Phoenix.

Shari has more than 15 years of relationship-focused asset services experience and has managed close to ten million square feet of retail, mixed-use, office, industrial, medical office and life sciences space. Prior to the Madison Square development, she managed a medical portfolio of approximately 150 tenants for Healthpeak Properties, where she developed a successful plan to increase tenant satisfaction and retention.

A Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona, Shari is active is several real estate organizations. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), serving on the IREM Foundation Scholarship Committee in 2024 and set to serve as Co-Chair on the local IREM Legislative Committee in 2025. Shari is also an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and currently sits on the local Membership Committee. A competitive equestrian, the Arizona native runs Groom Wellness Fund, a local nonprofit benefitting horse show grooms.
