Quentin Schmidt

Quentin is currently Chief Engineer of twenty medical office buildings totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet in and around Houston. He is responsible for providing support to management teams, supervision of engineering personnel and project management.

Quentin joined Transwestern in 2019, having over 22 years of commercial, retail and industrial operation and maintenance experience. During the six years prior to joining Transwestern, Quentin oversaw engineering and construction for 1.3 million square feet of office space at Greenway Plaza, managing $29MM in tenant and capital improvements. Prior to Parkway, Quentin spent sixteen years with PM Realty Group, eleven of which he managed engineering for a portfolio of Amegy Bank’s owned multi-tenant office buildings as well as their critical operation center in downtown Houston.
