Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Pryse provides financial analysis, transaction management, market research and new business development for Transwestern’s Office, Industrial, and Retail Investment Sales teams. He is also responsible for content creation for marketing packages and assisting in developing relationships with local and national clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Pryse’s interest in commercial real estate began in 2017 when he interned with Henry S. Miller Co. Land and Investments Division. The following year he participated in Transwestern’s summer associate program. While attending school at Texas Tech, he worked as a part time analyst at Egenbacher Real Estate and Isom Holdings in Lubbock, Texas. He also interned the summer after his freshman year of college with the Office of Governor Greg Abbott.

EDUCATION

Pryse earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts in 2019, majoring in Political Science and minoring in History from Texas Tech University. Pryse is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
