Noah Alkusari

Noah Alkusari joined Transwestern in 2022 as an Analyst for Transwestern’s San Antonio operations. He focuses on supporting all brokerage teams in the San Antonio MSA region through market and investment analytics. Working with the national research team, he helps provide insight toward local and national real estate trends for internal and external clients. Noah also supports transaction coordination efforts for the sale and leasing of office, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Some of Noah's responsibilities include authoring and publishing quarterly market reports, organizing, and analyzing lease & sale comp data, producing client-facing material such as competitive sets, and generating new leads.

 

He is a proud member of San Antonio’s Transwestern Young Professionals and enjoys contributing to the program.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Noah served as a Manager for Alkusari Stone in Austin, Texas where his responsibilities included managing production, supporting salespeople, and overseeing office administrative duties.

 

Noah received his BA in communication from University of Texas at San Antonio.
