TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Nick’s main focus is on the Southfield Town Center project. He works on the Leasing Team to attract new Tenants and retain existing Tenants in the complex. He also has a role in the redevelopment of the property through creative ideas that resonates with today’s workforce.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Nick has been active in the commercial real estate business since 2015. In the relatively short time he has been involved in almost 500,000 SF of new leased space. He brings energy and a professional personality on every transaction.
 
Before Nick started working in the commercial real estate industry he worked in the marketing department for an alternative fuels company.

EDUCATION

Nick received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from Northwood University. He also received a Master’s degree from the DeVos Graduate School.
