Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

May joined Transwestern in 2017, where she serves as a Senior Property Manager. Her portfolio includes both office and industrial properties. She is responsible for monthly financial reports, budgeting, common area maintenance, tenant communication and day-to-day operations. May has leveraged her extensive experience into improving project budgeting and management, as well as maintaining strong tenant relationships. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, May served as a Property Manager for nine years with Jones Lang LaSalle, Parkway Properties and Easton Associates. Throughout her career, she has managed more than a hundred offices, and many facilities totaling over 21 million square feet. May supervised assets from planning to completion by coordinating with regional managers to successfully keep projects on time and within budget. 

EDUCATION

May received her Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She also holds a Financial Proficiency Expert Certification.
