Kim Chavanel

Kim Chavanel is the senior property manager in the Central Region, currently responsible for the operation, physical condition and financial performance of 700,000 square feet of Class A office space located in both Richardson and Plano, Texas. 

Prior to her joining Transwestern in 2015 with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Kim worked in property management in New Orleans where she managed multiple Class A office properties and was responsible for managing the restoration of a 450k SF office building after Hurricane Katrina. She played an integral role in the relocation of 8 tenants to accommodate a full floor tenant.   

 

During her tenure with Transwestern, Kim has overseen several major capital improvement projects that include transitioning empty medical office building to 60% occupancy, restroom renovations, new fitness center build, exterior improvements, lobby area redesign and tenant construction refit.

Kim earned her associate's degree in business /New Orleans.
