As Vice President within the Transwestern Retail Services Group, Kim is responsible for leasing a portfolio of over one million square feet of urban retail assets. In addition, Kim capitalizes on her expansive relationships to provide tenant representation services to select retailers expanding in Houston and nationwide. Kim’s current client list includes Hines, Brookfield, Crow Holdings, Crescent Communities, FPA Multifamily, and Crate & Barrel.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Kim’s most notable recent transaction was orchestrating the Houston market entry for Crate & Barrel’s sister brand, CB2, from initial site identification through lease execution. Kim began her professional career as an attorney, gaining significant trial experience handling complex litigation matters before entering commercial real estate in 2014. Kim successfully leverages her past litigation experience and current market knowledge to negotiate on behalf of her clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kim was a broker for Shop Companies, where she specialized in both tenant representation and leasing.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
Kim is dedicated to local philanthropy, serving on Ambassadors for Texas Children’s Hospital and helping to launch the Board of Directors for Champions for Children, an affiliate of Texas Children’s Cancer Center. Kim is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

Kim received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
