Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As National Director of Engineering, Asset Services, Kevin leads the firm’s technical and building engineering platform. Kevin’s collaborative and innovative approach supports teams across the country and ensures the successful alignment of client goals. In this role, Kevin ensures efficient building operations, oversees essential training and leads program implementation while spearheading all due diligence and inspection activities and infrastructure capital projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kevin joined Transwestern in 2018 with more than 16 years of experience providing technical direction and engineering support for commercial properties. He has worked in both the public and private sectors in multiple markets. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kevin was the Director of Facilities for Gates Corporation, directing the operations of regional facilities located in Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Washington and Mexico.
 
In addition to holding leadership positions with Newmark Night Frank, Kevin managed the HVAC operations for the City and County of Denver International Airport encompassing 115 buildings covering 53 square miles. His experience in ground up construction includes preliminary planning, construction, and finishing out punch list and warranty items.

EDUCATION

Kevin received his degree in construction management and holds a blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma.
