Ken joined Transwestern from Eagle Rock Partners, a Charlotte-based real estate firm he founded in 2013. At Eagle Rock, he focused on organizational design, new market penetration and client pursuits, and company growth strategies.
Previously, Ken served as Global Chief Strategy Officer for Unispace, President of Brinjac Engineering and President of Project and Development Services, Americas for Cushman & Wakefield. As President of Services for Foundry Commercial, he successfully tripled the organization’s size and opened six offices in three years through M&A, strategic recruiting and client-focused solutions.
He began his career at CBRE and its predecessor, Trammell Crow Company, where he spent nearly 25 years leading the project and development services business, as well as the outsourcing businesses, globally serving clients including Microsoft, Google, AT&T, Kaiser, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. During his time at Trammell Crow, Ken co-founded and led the Project Management business, growing from $1.2 million in revenue with six employees to $213 million with 2,700 employees in 78 countries in 15 years. He was then promoted to Global Chief Sales Officer where he focused on developing solutions for the firm’s clients within corporate real Estate, healthcare and government & institutional spaces.
