Jennifer Watz

Jennifer is responsible for managing TIG’s finance and compliance operations, including debt compliance, SEC compliance, REIT compliance, coordination of tax returns, financial statement review, as well as assisting with acquisitions, asset management and investor relations.

Jennifer has over 13 years of experience in private equity and real estate. Prior to joining TIG, Jennifer spent 4 years at Hudson Advisors, the globally integrated asset manager for Lone Star Funds, as a Finance Manager and Assistant Controller. Hudson Advisors has provided due diligence and analysis, asset management and other support services to approximately 1.27 million assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $259 billion. While at Hudson Advisors, Jennifer was responsible for the oversight and review of quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements, SEC compliance reporting, as well as designing and implementing accounting and operational policies and procedures. Jennifer began her career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the investment management practice, where she served private equity, hedge fund, mutual fund and family office clients.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
