TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jake joined Transwestern in 2017 and is part of the national Asset Services leadership team focusing on developing strategic initiatives, implementing best practices consistently across the platform, executing a sustainable and cutting-edge training platform, and providing support to the property management teams to ensure client objectives are met.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jake served as Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield leading a national operations team responsible for managing the onboarding of all new assets into the Asset Services division, the centralized lease administration practice, and the ongoing compliance and data governance functions.
 
Jake oversaw the mergers and acquisitions transitional effort during an aggressive growth period, most recently developing and executing the strategy for integrating the Asset Services operations platform during the global merger of Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and Cushman & Wakefield.
 
A 15-year veteran in commercial real estate, Jake has also lead strategic national accounts, served on Cushman & Wakefield’s emerging leaders committee, and held leadership positions on the St. Louis IREM chapter board of directors.

Jake holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management)
