Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Emily joined Transwestern in 2018 as a part of the Minneapolis Occupier Services team with Brian Fogelberg. The team focuses on local and national tenant representation as well as nation account portfolio and transaction management. As a member of this growing division, Emily is responsible for preparing client deliverables, researching market trends, creating financial analyses, drafting proposals and forms, implementing marketing strategies, and assisting in the team’s prospecting efforts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern, Emily was a Client Services Coordinator at CBRE working with various service lines including Tenant Representation, Industrial, Office, Retail, and Healthcare. Her responsibilities included preparing property marketing materials and campaigns, processing commission payments, updating and maintaining databases, gathering research and market information, and creating and updating various client reports. Emily got her real estate license in 2017 and then began to assist with showings, tours, and client communication.
 
Emily was also one of the delegates for the Minneapolis Women’s Network chapter and co-leader of the Morale Committee. In these roles she planned and executed large company events focused on professional development, mentorship, and personal enrichment.
