Delia Cole

In this role, Delia provides legal services and counsel to Transwestern senior management and other employees in all of Transwestern’s offices nationwide.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Delia was In-House Counsel & VP, Risk Management at Madison Marquette (successor in interest to PM Realty Group LP), a privately held commercial real estate services company headquartered in Washington, DC. Her experience includes review and negotiation of real estate agreements, litigation oversight and responsible for risk management and all aspects of insurance placement and coverage.

Delia is admitted to practice law in Texas and is a member of the Texas and Houston Bar Associations.
 

Delia received her B.S. in Bilingual Education from the University of Houston-DT. She earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2002. After graduation, she was selected as Briefing Attorney to Justice Sam Nuchia of the First Court of Appeals.
