David Klein

David Klein is a senior vice president in the San Francisco office of Transwestern. With over 30 years of industry experience, David brings a deep transactional background and broad product experience to the San Francisco Bay Area Occupancy Solutions team. His background as a transactional real estate attorney provides Transwestern with a unique depth of experience.

David has executed land, office, retail, R&D, manufacturing, laboratory and industrial sales and leasing projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, nationally and internationally. He has a core competency in life science real estate through sale and lease transactions for Roche, Prothena, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sunstar and Apple. He is also Co-Principal in San Jose bioCube, a life science incubator.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, David was executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, senior vice president at DTZ, and a partner at Cassidy Turley BT Commercial, where he was a BT Commercial Top 25 Producer in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. David was also the recipient of SIOR’s Largest R&D Lease for 2017 & 2018.

He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California (LIC #00790730).
