TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chris Fuldner represents tenants and owners in leasing and acquisitions of office properties throughout the Washington, D.C., metro. Chris takes an “anything is possible” approach to his real estate conversations and prides himself on knowing the ins and outs of the district. Over his time as a real estate consultant, he has provided comprehensive, strategic advisory services to clients to meet their business objectives, operating requirements, and financial goals.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Chris has gained extensive experience in a range of commercial real estate services, including lease negotiations, renegotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, lease audits, and build-to-suit transactions. He is passionate about building strong, lasting partnerships, and finding unique opportunities while doing so. Before joining Transwestern, Chris was a senior associate at Michael Goldman and Associates. Prior to MGA, he was a consultant for a local commercial real estate firm and a market territory manager for the CoStar Group. He still uses the market knowledge learned from his role in his business today.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in business and administration from The University of Alabama and is a graduate of St. John’s College High School in Washington, DC.
