Brent manages three office buildings in the Silver Star portfolio for Transwestern. Brent has been with Transwestern for one year and has five years of commercial real estate experience across several companies.

Brent is a property management specialist who understands all real estate aspects necessary to deliver exceptional results for his clients. During his career at Transwestern, he has managed multiple mid to high-rise office buildings totaling over 460,000 square feet. He has navigated a complex financial situation for his clients, helping facilitate a major refinance and potential sale of several buildings. Brent has been involved in his portfolio's leasing and property management roles. He has managed teams in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio for Silver Star CRE and Hartman Income REIT.

Brent earned his bachelor's degree in information and operations management from Texas A&M University.
