TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Amanda Hansen is the vice president/general manager who oversees CityLine, a class-A mixed-use development consisting of approximately 2.2 million square feet located in Richardson, TX. Amanda oversees all facets of tenant and owner relations, staff management, rent collection, operations and maintenance, service contracts, capital projects, monthly reporting, accounting coordination, budgeting, expense reconciliation and expense control.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Amanda has more than 16 years of commercial property management experience. During her career, she has managed a variety of commercial real estate product to include class-A office, industrial business parks, medical office buildings and retail. Amanda has represented prestigious clients such as 3 Edgewood, Transwestern Investment Group, CBRE Investment Management, VanTrust Real Estate, Gladestone Companies, HCP, Inc., Sharpe Healthcare, Property Reserve Inc., and Mohr Capital.
